COURSE WITHDRAWAL OR DEFERMENT

Sometimes plans change or circumstances come up that prevent completing a course. If you need to withdraw from or defer your course, please fill out the form below.

Withdrawing from a Course
If you find yourself facing challenges that make it difficult to continue with a course, you have the option to withdraw from the course. Withdrawing from a course allows you to discontinue your participation without receiving a grade, provided that it is done within the specified withdrawal period. Keep in mind that withdrawing from a course may have implications for your academic progress and financial aid eligibility. Before proceeding with the withdrawal, it’s recommended to consult with your academic advisor.

Deferring a Course
A course deferment allows you to temporarily suspend your enrollment in a course for a specified period. Deferment is ideal for students who encounter unforeseen circumstances such as medical issues, family emergencies, or other significant life events. With a deferment, you will be able to complete the course at a later date, minimising any adverse effects on your academic journey.

We understand that sometimes life can present unexpected challenges, and we are committed to supporting our students throughout their academic journey. Rest assured that your request will be handled with care and confidentiality.
