The purpose of this document is to determine whether the student may need assistance during their program, and more specifically whether any reasonable adjustments may need to be made to ensure he/she can complete this program without difficulties and are not disadvantaged in any way while undertaking training. It may be necessary to provide additional assistance to the student in the form of external referral services. Course Requirements Certificate III : Learning, reading, writing, oral communication (ACSF Level 2+) and numeracy (ACSF Level 2) are desirable to participate in the course. Certificate IV : Learning, reading, writing, oral communication and numeracy (ACSF Level 3) are desirable to participate in the course. Instructions for the student There are three (3) sections to this assessment with a series of questions, and the student will be asked to attempt each question. The questions will assess his/her general knowledge of learning, oral communication (speaking), numeracy, reading and writing and digital literacy.
